1st Dividend distribution for 2010

Sea Minh Hai has announced its first dividend istribution for the year 2010 on Nov. 22, 2010 as can be seen at this link.

It is known that a fund of 7.5% of charter capital will be distributed this time. The shareholders list will be based on the list at Dec 15, 2010, and dividend can be received from Dec. 17 to Dec 31, 2010.

Shareholders can receive dividend by cash at company address (Km 2231, Tan Phong, Gia Rai, Bac Lieu) or can request it to be transferred to personal bank account or received through post service. If the laters are preferred, shareholders have to fill in a respective requested form attached at the announcement and send it to the Compayny's Accounting Department at the above address.
