2014 General Shareholder Meeting

Sea Minh Hai's 2014 General Shareholder Meeting will be held on April 5th, 2014 (7:45 AM to noon) in the Meeting Room of Ho Nam Tourist Center, No. 2, Tran Quang Dieu St., Ward 1, Bac Lieu City ("Dia Oc" Area). 

On March 17, 2014 invitations have been sent to all of its shareholders to attend the annual meeting. All documents including invitation, letter of attorney to attend the meeting, the meeting agenda... can be seen and downloaded at this link.

Besides here is the financial report (audited) for 2013 for your reference (updated March 20, 2014).

As usual, the sharreholders will be presented reports of 2013 business (production, sales) and plan for 2014 business; financial report (audited), Board Of Controllers' Report, Allowances for the Board of Management Members, Divident Distribution Report...

We have passed an fully difficult economy for 2013, and the company is no exception. Though the company  has surpassed these difficuties, and gained profits in operation last year.
