3. Report of the Board of Supervisors in 2023.

4. Proposal for distribution of post-tax profits in 2022 & dividend payment in 2023.

5. Proposal to approve the separate and consolidated financial statements for 2022 (audited).

6. Proposal to approve remuneration for the Board of Directors and Board of Supervisors in 2022 & remuneration plan for 2023.

7. Proposal to approve the production and business plan for 2023.

8. Proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to select the audit firm for the financial statements for 2023.
