The shareholders' meeting in Bac Lieu

Today Saturday April 21, 2012 the Minh Hai Joint Stock Seafoods Processing Company General Shareholder Meeting has been held in Ho Nam Center in Bac Lieu City, Viet Nam.

There are 29 shareholders represented for more than 74 % of company shares present to hear many reports of the company last year operations: the audited Financial Annual Report, the works completed in 2011 business year, the Board of Management and Board of Controllers reports and the 2012 objectives...

All the topics have been presented and discussed and reached agreement with shareholders approvement and resolution at the end of the meeting at about 10:20 AM.

The shareholders and participants at the end of the meeting have shared a friendly lunch together in the same restaurant.
