VN Shrimp Shippers' POR 6 Final

Further to the final POR 6 rates for VN shippers issued on, a memo issdued on Nov 5, 2012 with revised rate for Minh Phu as 0.53% instead of 1.27% it due to DOC  mistakes.

This will all affect to other separate-rate companies, now the rate is at 0.88% intead of 1.15%. This change will be effective since it is published in th e Federal Registrar. See (1) (2).

On Nov 18, 2012 this final rate official appears on the Registrar as you can check at this link. 

So the final rate for POR 6 is as follows.

Minh Phu Group: 0.53%

Separate Rate Companies: 0.88%

Nha Trang Seafoods Group: 1.23% (unchanged)

Vietnam wide: 25.76%
