Seaprodex Minh Hai has sent invitation letters to all its shareholders to attend the 2021 Annual Shareholder Meeting.
The event will be held at 1st Floor Meeting Room of Number 1 Guest House, No. 1, Hung Vuong St., Ward 1, Bac Lieu Province on the morning of 08:30 AM April 24, 2021.

Sea Minh Hai's 2016 Annual Shareholders Meeting had been held in Bac Lieu as scheduled.
On the morning of April 8th, 2016 the Meeting had been held in the Bac Lieu with the presence of 33 shareholders and representatives of shareholders and guests.
The attendants has worked in the morning, heard and discussed many topics presented in varous the reports and reached final agreement through voting. The minutes and resolutions of the meeting were approved by attendants, and you can read here at these links:
Today March 21, 2013 Sea Minh Hai has issued invitation letters to its shareholders to attend the Annual Shareholder Meeting to be held on April 12, 2013 at Bac Lieu Province People Committee's Guest House, No. 1, Hung Vuong St., Dist. 1, Bac Lieu City, Bac Lieu Province.
Further to the final POR 6 rates for VN shippers issued on, a memo issdued on Nov 5, 2012 with revised rate for Minh Phu as 0.53% instead of 1.27% it due to DOC mistakes.
This will all affect to other separate-rate companies, now the rate is at 0.88% intead of 1.15%. This change will be effective since it is published in th e Federal Registrar. See (1) (2).
