2018 General Shareholders Meeting Completed

As planned the General Shareholder of 2018 has been held in No 1 Bac Lieu Guest House on May 4, 2018, with the presence of 28 shareholders and shareholder's representatives, members of the Board of the Management and Board of Supervisors, and guests from various banks.

The shareholders heard reports on various topics such as 2017 business results, 2018's business targets, divident disbursement plan for 2017.

An important part of the meeting this year is the voting to select the new Members of the Board of Management, approving the 2017 financial result, the dividend disbursement plan etc...

The meeting ended at noon of the same day.
