Seaprodex Minh Hai's 2020 General Shareholder Meeting was held on June 19 at Bac Lieu No. 1 Guest House as planned.
The meeting took place in the whole morning. Shareholders heard various reports on last year operation results, the 2020 objectives planning, took part in discussions and voted for the topics heard.

Seaprodex Minh Hai has sent invitation letters to all its shareholders to attend the 2020 Annual Shareholder Meeting.
The event will be held at 1st Floor Meeting Room of Number 1 Guest House, No. 1, Hung Vuong St., Ward 1, Bac Lieu Province on the morning of June 27, 2020.

As usual, Minh Hai Joint Stock Seafoods Processing Company will held the Annual Shareholder Meeting at the early of 2nd quarter. For this year this will be held on April 27th, 2019.
Minh Hai Joint Stock Seafoods Processing Company will pay 2017 dividends to its stockholders as decided at the 2018 Shareholder Meeting (10% of share face value).
Shareholders can get their dividend in cash directly from July 3, 2018 at Company Office (Accounting Department, Km 2231, Tan Phong, Gia Rai Town, Bac Lieu, Viet Nam), or get it throught TT or post service. A form to be filled and send to company to show which payment is preferred.

As planned the General Shareholder of 2018 has been held in No 1 Bac Lieu Guest House on May 4, 2018, with the presence of 28 shareholders and shareholder's representatives, members of the Board of the Management and Board of Supervisors, and guests from various banks.
The shareholders heard reports on various topics such as 2017 business results, 2018's business targets, divident disbursement plan for 2017.
