Divident for early 6 months

On July 30, 2009 Sea Minh Hai announced to its shareholders the first divident distribution for 2009.

A divident rate of 7.5% per share for six months of 2009 will be distributed to shareholders on Aug. 20. They can get it in cash directly, through mail service or wire transfer.

In case they prefer to get cash directly, they can contact Factory 69 (National Road 1A, Ward 8, Bac Lieu Town, Bac Lieu Province, Viet Nam). Otherwise they can fill in one of the forms attached to the announcement letter to show that they will receive by wire stranfer to their account or send by mail to their address. (the form should be appropriately signed and sent by fax to Company Head Office fax number (7803-831593)).
